Once your order has been received by our distribution centres in either Christchurch or Auckland, it flows through our system to be picked and packed by our team. While we always aim to deliver orders within the timeframe displayed on our website, we’re unable to guarantee the date that you receive your order. Rest assured, we will keep you updated via email on any changes to your delivery ETA.
Your order delivery timeframe will be dependent on your location and the item(s) you order, but we aim to dispatch within 2-5 business days, with an estimated 1-3 business days for shipping.
Rural deliveries may take an extra 1-2 business days once handed over to the local rural delivery service.
Please note: we cannot guarantee that a delivery won’t encounter delays within the courier network, or due to public holidays, weekends, or natural events.
